Fractional Laser

CO2 Laser Treatment is one of the most invasive treatments we offer at Elements MediSpa, Doncaster.

The fractional laser ablates a third of the skin. With each treatment, we create spaced columns of thermal damage, leaving tiny crusts in place of the laser. The healthy skin left intact is spared of the damage, resulting in a fast healing process. As the skin heals, the tissue and collagen stimulation will occur, improving skin tone and texture, wrinkles, scarring and pigmentation.

This treatment is only applicable for those with severe skin concerns such as severe ageing (deep wrinkles), acne scars, pigmentation, thick and dull skin. A mandatory consultation is required before the treatment itself. At this point, we discuss skin concerns, the severity of the treatment and the compulsory aftercare.

Aftercare plays a huge part in this treatment as it prevents the risk of infection, hyper- and hypo-pigmentation and scarring.
