Appointment Booking / Consultation Fee
A £50 Booking / Consultation Fee is required for ALL bookings. This fee is redeemable against the total cost of any treatment.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Please note that in the event of a cancellation, failure to attend an appointment or breach of these Terms and Conditions, the following conditions apply:
- More than 48 hours notice – No Charge
- LESS than 48 hours notice – £50 Booking/ Consultation fee will be lost
- No Shows – £50 Booking/ Consultation fee will be lost
Changing or Cancelling Appointments
To change or cancel your appointment, please call Elements Medical Ltd on 01302 34 34 32. In the event where you do not get to speak to us, please leave us a voicemail message so that we can pick it up when we are available, you can also try our social platforms to message us. Both these methods will show us the date and time stamp so we can apply the cancellation policy if necessary
Treatment Consultations
We advise that every patient visiting our clinic books in for a FREE skin consultation, during this appointment, we can discuss your concerns, treatments and together decide on a treatment plan suited best to your and your skin
In the event you arrive for a treatment where we haven’t consulted you and you are not suitable the cancellation policy will be enforced.
Treatment Reviews
Botox reviews are available 14-21 days post-treatment with no charge. Should you go over this time at our discretion will incur a £20 charge. No top ups allowed after 6 weeks. Dermal filler reviews are available 2-6 weeks post-treatment and may incur charges for additional treatments.
Treatment Results
Treatment Results will vary from person to person. There are no guaranteed treatment results. Treatment results and managing expectations will be discussed during your treatment and consultation

Policies
- Smoking and Vaping: Not permitted on clinic premises.
- Drugs and Alcohol: Not permitted on clinic premises. If a person attends their appointment under the influence, you will be refused treatment, and the cancellation policy will be enforced
- Children: Not allowed in the clinic or treatment rooms for safety and insurance reasons.
- Pets: Not allowed in the clinic for hygiene reasons.
Promotional Offers
- Offers can be withdrawn at any time
- Offers are subject to suitability
- Offers can only be used as per T&Cs of that offer
- Offers will be easily accessible and visible on the website
General Gift Vouchers
- Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months (excluding promotional vouchers)
- Gift Vouchers cannot be extended
- Gift Vouchers are non-refundable
- Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
- Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
Refund Policy
- All service sales are final, with no refunds.
- Refunds may be given only when there is an approved medical condition, medical proof will be required.
