A booking fee of £50 is required to secure your appointment. This payment is taken as a refundable deposit and is not considered payment for any services or goods at this stage. It will be refunded, or applied towards your invoice when the service is provided.
Please note we operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. In the event of a no-show, or if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your original booking time, your £50 booking fee will be retained as a cancellation charge. This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other patients.
