Following the CQC report, we developed and implemented a comprehensive action plan addressing all the shortcomings identified.

We then commissioned an independent company, Delphi Care Solution (Specialists in CQC Complaince), to conduct a rigorous mock inspection in order to identify any remaining gaps in care. I am delighted to share the report below, which rated us a GOOD, in all five Key Areas (Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, and Well-Led).

We have worked tirelessly to improve our processes, regain trust, and ensure the highest standards of care and safety for both our patients and staff. While this doesn’t undo the past, it reflects our commitment to learn, grow, and provide a service that prioritises health, safety, and wellbeing at every level.
