The Elements Medical Loyalty Programme is our way of saying thank you to every patient who chooses us. From the moment you join — which happens automatically as soon as you become a patient — you start earning Loyalty Points on everything you do at the clinic. Points convert directly into treatment credit, so the more you invest in your skin, the more you get back.

This is not a complicated rewards card scheme with small print designed to make redemption difficult. It is a simple, transparent programme with a clear earn rate, a clear redemption value, and no restrictions on which treatments you can spend your credit on. Every 500 points you accumulate converts into £5 of credit, redeemable against any treatment of your choice at Elements Medical

What Is the Elements Medical Loyalty Programme?

Points build over time and convert into treatment credit at a rate of 500 points to £5, with no cap on how many points you can earn or redeem in a single visit.

The programme launched on 1st January 2026. Points are not awarded retrospectively for treatments or actions taken before this date.

All Elements Medical patients are enrolled automatically. There is no sign-up form, no loyalty card to carry, and no action required on your part to start earning.

How the Loyalty Programme Works

Step 1: You Are Already Enrolled

All Elements Medical patients are automatically enrolled onto the Loyalty Programme from 1st January 2026. If you are an existing patient, your account is active. If you are new to the clinic, you join automatically at your first appointment.

Step 2: Earn Points on Every Visit

Points are awarded each time you purchase a treatment or product at Elements Medical, or complete a qualifying action. Points are awarded whether you pay by cash, card, or gift voucher.

Step 3: Build Your Balance

Your points accumulate in your Elements Medical account. You can track your current balance and points history at any time through the Elements Medical App, or by contacting the clinic directly.

Step 4: Redeem for Treatment Credit

When you have at least 500 points, you can redeem them for £5 of treatment credit. There is no limit to how many points you can redeem in a single transaction — as long as they are redeemed in multiples of 500. Simply let the reception team know at checkout that you would like to use your Loyalty Points.

Step 5: Keep Earning

Once you have redeemed, your remaining points continue to build. Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are awarded, so staying active with your treatments is the best way to ensure your balance never expires unused.

What Are Loyalty Points Worth?

The conversion rate is straightforward and consistent:

500 Loyalty Points = £5 treatment credit

There is no maximum on how many credits you can redeem at once, as long as you redeem in multiples of 500. Your credit can be used against the cost of any treatment at Elements Medical, with no restrictions on which services qualify.

To give a practical example: a patient spending £150 on a treatment earns 150 points. They rebook at the appointment, earning a further 50 points. They also leave a Google review, earning 100 points. That single visit produces 300 points — just 200 away from their first £5 redemption.

Add rebooking bonuses (50 points per visit), Google review points (100 points), and any other qualifying actions, and your effective saving grows further. A patient attending six times per year and claiming all available bonuses could add several hundred points on top of their treatment spend alone.

How to Track Your Loyalty Points

Elements Medical App. The easiest way to track your balance is through the Elements Medical App. Log in to your account to see your current points total, your points history, and how close you are to your next redemption threshold.

Email statements. Elements Medical sends a Loyalty Points statement to all programme members every six months, so you always have an up-to-date record of your balance even if you are not using the app regularly.

At the clinic. The reception team can check your points balance at any time when you visit or call. Simply ask at checkout or when booking your next appointment.

Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions

Joining and earning. The Loyalty Programme commenced on 1st January 2026. No points are awarded for treatments or actions taken before this date. All patients are enrolled automatically. Points are awarded for treatments and products purchased by cash, card, or gift voucher, and for all other qualifying actions.

Redeeming. Points can be redeemed in multiples of 500. 500 points converts to £5 of treatment credit, redeemable against any treatment of your choice. There is no cap on the number of credits redeemed in a single transaction, provided they are in multiples of 500. Inform the reception team at checkout to redeem.

Exclusions. Points are not awarded on gift voucher purchases until the voucher is used as payment for a treatment. Points cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or used towards purchasing a gift voucher. Points cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.

Expiry. Loyalty Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are awarded. Unused points expire after this period and are removed from the account.

Programme changes. Elements Medical reserves the right to modify or terminate the Loyalty Programme at any time without notice. If the programme is terminated, any unredeemed points in multiples of 500 will be honoured. Elements Medical reserves the right to cancel individual membership if misuse is suspected.
