At Elements Medical, we believe your loyalty should genuinely benefit you. Our Loyalty Programme has been designed to make every visit more valuable, every treatment feel even more worthwhile and every step of your skin journey more rewarding.
This is not just another points system. It is a way for you to save money throughout the year, enjoy exclusive benefits and feel appreciated every time you support us.

Loyalty Programme Terms & Conditions
Joining our Loyalty Programme and Earning Loyalty Points
- Our Loyalty Programme commences on 1st December 2025 – no points will be awarded for any treatments or actions prior to this date
- All service users are automatically enrolled onto our Loyalty Programme
- Points are awarded for purchasing treatments or products using cash, cards, or gift vouchers
- Points are also awarded for all qualifying actions undertaken (see table above)
Loyalty Points for Interactions
- Points for rebooking a treatment will be awarded when you schedule your next appointment during checkout. The points will be added to your account once the rebooked appointment has been completed.

Redeeming Your Loyalty Points
- Loyalty points can be redeemed in multiples of 500
- 500 points can be exchanged for £5.00 worth of loyalty credit
- Your loyalty credit can be used against the cost of any treatment you choose
- There are no restrictions on the number of loyalty credits you can redeem in any one transaction (in multiples of 500 points)
- Simply inform our reception team at check out if you wish to redeem any loyalty credits
Exclusions
- No points are awarded for gift voucher purchases until the voucher is used as payment to purchase a treatment
- Points cannot be transferred between accounts
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash
- Points cannot be used towards the purchase of a gift voucher
- Points cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions
Tracking Your Points
- Log in to your account via the Elements Medical App to track your points
- Receive a loyalty points statement via email every six months
Loyalty Points Expiry
- Loyalty points are valid for 12 months from the date they are awarded
- Any unused pounts will expire after this period and be deleted from your account
Loyalty Programme Changes
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Loyalty Programme at any time without notice
- Any unused points (in multiples of 500s) will be honoured if the programme is terminated
- We reserve the right to cancel individual membership of the loyalty programme if misuse is suspected
