How does the Tear Trough Filler work? We place Dermal Filler along the “Trough” which is underneath the eye to improve the appearance of Hollowness, dark circles and Eye bags.
How long is the Procedure? Treatment takes approximately 90 minutes but this can depend. When you arrive a topical numbing cream will be applied to the area being treated for 30 minutes. The actual treatment can range anything from 30 minutes to 90 minutes.
What is the recovery like after treatment? Aftercare will always be prompted post treatment from your injector. Like all Injectable procedures Bruising, Swelling and tenderness can occur, this is completely normal following from this treatment.
How long will the results last? This treatment typically lasts around 9-12 months, however each individual is different. This treatment can be repeated when the results start to fade.
When will I see a result? You should expect to see an improvement instantly however we always advise the result will be final after 2 weeks – this allows for the bruising, swelling and tenderness to have subsided.
Are there any Risks? This depends on the individual, at your consultation we will assess if the Dermal Filler treatment is the right Procedure for you. It is important that you disclose all current medication and ailments to ensure we limit any risks.
