How it Works

Elements Medical has been built on word of mouth with recommendations from loyal patients bringing us many new clients over the years.
Our referral scheme is designed to thank and reward our patients for introducing new clients.
When you introduce a new patient to us, we’ll reward you with £20 credit on your account to spend on the treatment of your choice.

Got loads of friends or family members (FFM) wanting to book in with Elements Medical?

No problem. There are no limits on how many friends you can refer, and each time they book with us, you will receive £20 credit.

Terms and Conditions

• You must be an existing patient at Elements Medical to claim a referral credit.
• Your Friend or Family Member (FFM) must be a completely new patient to Elements Medical.
• A new ‘Referral Claim Form’ (below) must be completed for each new patient.
• Your FFM must spend a minimum of £150 on treatments for you to qualify.
• Treatments are subject to a consultation and patient suitability check.
• Referral credit will be added to your account after your FFM’s treatment.
• Referral credit can only be used against the cost of treatments; excludes retail products.
• Referral credit is valid for 6 months from the date of crediting; any unused credit will be lost.
• There are no limits to the number of referral credits you can claim.
• There are no limits to the number of referral credits you can use against a treatment or package.
• Referral credit CANNOT be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
• No cash alternative available.
