At Elements Medical, the majority of our new patients come to us through personal recommendation. When a patient tells a friend or family member about their results, their experience, or the way our team made them feel, that recommendation carries a weight that no advertisement ever could. Our Refer a Friend programme is our way of acknowledging that — and rewarding you properly for it.
For every new patient you successfully refer to Elements Medical, you receive £20 credit to spend against any treatment of your choice. There is no cap on the number of people you can refer, which means there is no limit to how much credit you can accumulate. Every person you introduce to the clinic who completes a qualifying treatment puts £20 back in your account.
What Is the Elements Medical Refer a Friend Programme?
The Elements Medical Refer a Friend programme rewards existing patients with £20 treatment credit for every new patient they introduce to the clinic. A qualifying referral is one where the new patient is genuinely new to Elements Medical, and where their first treatment or combination of treatments is valued at £150 or more.
Once the referred patient’s qualifying treatment is complete, the £20 credit is added to the referring patient’s account automatically. The credit is valid for six months from the date it is awarded and can be used against the cost of any treatment at Elements Medical.
How the Refer a Friend Programme Works
Step 1: Tell Someone About Elements Medical
Recommend the clinic to a friend, family member, or colleague who has not visited Elements Medical before. Share your own experience, suggest a treatment they might benefit from, or simply point them towards the website to explore.
Step 2: They Book and Complete a Qualifying Treatment
Your referral must be a new patient to Elements Medical. When they attend and complete a treatment — or a combination of treatments — valued at £150 or more, your referral qualifies.
Step 3: Ask Them to Mention Your Name
To ensure your referral is correctly attributed to your account, ask your friend to mention your name when they book or attend their appointment. Alternatively, complete the Refer a Friend Claim Form below once their treatment is complete.
Step 4: Your £20 Credit Is Added to Your Account
Once the qualifying treatment is confirmed, £20 credit is added to your Elements Medical account. You will be able to see this reflected in your balance and redeem it against any treatment within six months of the award date.
Step 5: Refer Again
There is no limit to the number of people you can refer. Every successful referral earns you a further £20 credit. Refer five friends and earn £100 in treatment credit. Refer ten and earn £200. The programme never closes and the rewards never stop.

Who can make a referral? You must be an existing patient at Elements Medical to make a referral. New patients who have not yet attended the clinic are not eligible to refer.
Who can be referred? The person you refer must be a new patient to Elements Medical — someone who has not previously visited or been treated at the clinic.
What qualifies as a valid referral? The referred patient must complete a treatment, or combination of treatments, valued at £150 or more at their first visit. Retail product purchases do not count towards the qualifying threshold.
How much credit do I receive? You receive £20 treatment credit per successful referral, added to your Elements Medical account once the qualifying treatment is complete.
How long is the credit valid? Credit must be used within six months of being awarded. It cannot be exchanged for cash, used to purchase gift vouchers, or combined with other offers or promotions.
Is there a limit on referrals? No. There is no limit to the number of people you can refer. Each successful referral earns you a further £20 credit.
